Diamonds started in 2000 with a simple goal of providing quality diamonds at a value price to the public. Since then, they have grown to become a pretty reputable retailer of diamond jewelry and loose diamonds. All of their loose diamonds have been certified by GIA, the world’s foremost authority in gems and diamonds.

They have a good amount of jewelry options but all of these feature diamond stones. They have necklaces, bracelets, rings and earrings but unfortunately, they do not carry jewelry with other gemstones. Most of their jewelry features a very classic, elegant look. There are none of the modern, trendy jewelry styles displayed on the site.

The prices vary, depending on the design of the jewelry and the quality of the diamond stones. Jewelry that features bigger carat diamonds can be around $1,000 – $3,000. Rings that feature solitaire diamonds are typically priced at around $400 – $600. Simple diamond stud earrings are at $200 – $400.

Diamonds2Not all of the jewelry in the site is up for customization. You will only be able to customize certain rings, engagement rings, wedding bands and the like. Their design application is not very impressive or attractive. Because the application is very outdated, it can be a challenge to design a custom ring. To add to that, a lot of the rings displayed in their design center have very limited design/customization options. For some of them, you will only be able to choose the setting and the metal type but not the diamond cut/style and carat.

The average time that an order is shipped out is about 3 to 5 business days. Currently, they do not ship internationally. The company has a 30-day warranty against manufacturer defect and purchases can be returned within 30 days from receipt for a complete refund.

Overall, is a simple website that offers reasonably-priced diamond jewelry but we are not impressed with their product options, as well as their process for customization. The website needs a whole lot of work if they want to be in the same level as their competitors.
